Facade Grants
• Center City works to help downtown make a great first impression of our city.
• Through a partnership with the City of Amarillo and Center City, Center City has awarded 59 façade grants to improve the first impressions of buildings in the downtown core area.
• Each recipient had to invest a two-to-one match to receive up to $10,000. In its 10 years, the program has invested $350,000 from Façade Grant funds.
• With the match, this means more than $1 million investment in downtown improvements.
